I don't watch Criminal Minds at all, just have a passing familiarity with the show, but I really enjoyed this. It felt like you blended the teams really well and I thought you handled the characterisation of the Inception gang with a lot of accuracy. The plot was interesting and I admired the way you managed the shifts between limited POV.
