Black brie? Ok, now I'm intrigued. My husand is English, and he worked in a grocery story in the deli for 18 years. And he took classes to become a cheese specialist. I am all over trying squid ink cheese!

It's quite nice. The sepia doesn't have a strong taste, but it does add something kind of dark and ocean-y to it. It's good on melba toast with olives.
