O- is the universal donor, which means anyone can have that kind of blood put into them without problem. AB+ is the universal receiver, anyone can give any type of blood to them, and they'll generally be fine.
O+ is the most common type of blood, so it's always in demand, and you can give to any positive blood type out there. So O+, A+, B+, and AB+ recipients would be thanking you!
