I think Matt and Peter were either going to try to expose Building 26 with thier Rebel-obtained news coverage and ended up forgetting about it because of other plot developments, or tried to expose them by sending said coverage, and somehow the public forgot about it or it got discredited or something. I'd have to go back and watch S3 again to see. And I need more time before I subject myself to that again.
